We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the program — for example, our SMS provider (Twilio) to deliver texts and our hosting/database providers to store records — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

We keep subscriber and consent records for as long as you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and compliance obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
