These terms govern the Blossom's Nails Boutique VIP Text Club (the “Program”). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you agree to these terms.

Program description

The Program sends a one-time welcome offer (15% off your next visit) followed by recurring marketing text messages about promotions, seasonal deals, birthday offers, and salon news. If you provide your birthday (month and day only, optional), we may send you a birthday offer. We do not use email to send these messages.

How to join

Enter your mobile number on our website and check the box agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may also re-subscribe by replying START.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically about one marketing message per week.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Blossom's Nails Boutique does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further marketing texts. Keywords such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are honored.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
